Returns/Exhanges

Returns are not accepted

Exchanges are accepted for online, if purchased online, or in-store, if purchased in-store, store credit or exchange only. Shipping of product(s) in need of exchange will be responsibility of the customer. Shipping of exchange item(s) will also be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note any exchanges must be received back within 14 days of receiving the product(s). Sale items and accessories (jewelry, etc.) are FINAL SALE & cannot be exchange. Any sale items or accessories, will NOT be processed. Once product(s) have been received, and accepted, the store credit or exchange will then be issued. Shipping cost back to RockerBelles is customers responsibility. Tracking number for exchange must be sent to support@rockerbelles.com

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit and items will be sent back for a $10 return fee.

RockerBelles reserves the right to refuse any exchange. RockerBelles is not responsible for any product(s) lost or damaged in transit.
